FACS 117: Elements and Principles of Interior DesignThis course introduces the foundational elements and principles of interior design, focusing on applying design theory to create functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces.
Line is the most basic of the elements of design and in this image I have rendered an interior environment using only this simple tool. I employed varied line weights to demonstrate hierarchy in this perspective drawing.
Visual Texture Project: Using our line drawing above as a starting point, I used implied line using Micro Pens to give the allusion of Visual Texture.
For this project, I created two versions of the same interior rendering, using color theory to explore how different palettes can influence mood, atmosphere, and the overall visual experience. Same space, two completely different perspectives.
